I would like to write something which happened to me last summer.
I was in Thun, nice city in the center of Switzerland. I was working down the streets looking at the shops, it was really nice and peacefull but it was very hot. Approximately 35°.....I was wearing sneakers and my feet were very humid. I decided to sit down on a bench and I removed my shoes and my socks. How good it was ! I felt better. After that, I continued to walk down the streets barefoot. The ground was a little bit to warm but it was OK. After a while, I stop in a small café along the river to have a cool drink. A women, who sat at the table next to me started to talk to me and laughed a lot when she saw my dirty soles...! From this period, I walk barefoot as much as possible.
